Appeal for witnesses following robbery in Woking

We are appealing for witnesses following a robbery that took place in Woking this morning (2 September).

The incident took place on Saturn Trail between 7.45am and 8am when a man in his 20s had his wallet stolen from him.

The suspect was described as:

  • White with a slight tan
  • Late 20s to early 30s
  • 6 ft 2 inches tall
  • Stocky build
  • Face covered with a towel or something similar
  • Wearing a black hoodie and black jogging bottoms
  • Speaking with a Midlands/Northern accent
  • Following the robbery, the suspect fled along the Saturn Trail in a westerly direction and could have emerged on St John’s Road, Lockfield Drive or Copse Close.

    Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously between 7.30am and 8am this morning.
